Over de woning
My contract is for 15 years. The apartment is located in Amsterdam ZuidOost, near the park - 100 meters (see the pictures). 10 min to the Holendrecht station (train and metro together), 5 min to Bullewijk metro station. I like the location very much because of transportation and stores. And we have IKEA - 7 min walk. I love that. My neigbors are parking their cars there for free, even at night :) Vomar and Action - 5 min, postnl also 400 meters. My apartment is 39.1 sq. m. I lived here for 6+ months. Now about the situation and what I do not like: 1) I lived my entire life in an apartment that was 28 sq.m. including balcony, 39.1 is too big for me, I do not use the bedroom at all, I am not planning on buying the furniture for the entire apartment, I am a little bit strange, maybe, but I do not need even a sofa, because I spend my day on a chair with a laptop. I sleep on a mattress on the floor because of the sensory insomnia, it means that I need to be grounded, a bed, even the best and expensive one shakes and vibrates, I cannot fall asleep in a bed (which is why you do not see a bed or sofa in the pictures, and the apartment is very empty); 2) I do not like panoramic windows, I tried to get used to them, but I could not; 3) I want first or ground floor, I am getting older, I do not want to go upstairs a lot. I know every neighbor in this apartment building, they are all nice, we have 1 tiny dog on the first floor, and 1 cat. Also, 1 baby. Neigbors are very diverce (Dutch, Brazil, Suriname, etc.). Families and singles 50/50. No parking, no cars, no noise. Apartment is A+++. I take long showers (sometimes 1 hour), there is enough water, it is super hot (180 L water boiler). We have group chat. No problem with deliveries (we had at first, because the building was new). They bring everything to our doors, no one takes the parcels, we are at work during the day and get them after work. About my preferences, at least something what I need - small apartment or studio, or first or ground floor, and with smaller windows.
